Executive Summary
Yasuda Group ERP is a comprehensive management solution designed for large-scale restaurant chain operations, integrating supply chain logistics with a streamlined financial system. The platform synchronizes six core business pillars: HR Management, Procurement, Sales (POS), Accounting, Report Dashboards, and Cost Center to ensure operational efficiency across all units.
The Challenge
The project required a total revamp (v.2) during the mid-development phase of version 1. The primary challenge was to completely redesign the user interface to align with the user's specific requests for new themes and color palettes while maintaining the high functional complexity of an integrated ERP system.

Design Process
From Complexity to Clarity
1. PRD Analysis & Epic Mapping
I began by analyzing the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to understand the interdependencies between the six core Epics. I mapped out how operational data—such as sales transactions—flows directly into inventory deductions and accounting journals.
2. User Flow & System Automation
I focused on designing "frictionless" workflows for complex tasks:
Automated Payroll: Designing the logic where attendance records, leave balances, and overtime hours automatically calculate the final salary and generate digital payslips.
Procurement Cycle: Creating a seamless transition from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) and eventually updating the market price list database.


3. Visual Revamp (V.2)
Following the user’s request for a theme change, I restructured the UI to be more modern and professional. I prioritized Data Visualization in the dashboards to ensure that metrics like KPI cards (active employees, daily sales, and total revenue) remained scannable and actionable.

Smart Attendance: Integrated check-in/out tracking with timestamps and photos to ensure compliance.

Automated Payroll Processing: Supports both full-time and part-time salary calculations, including overtime rates and tax withholdings.

2. Intelligent Procurement & Inventory
Automated Replenishment: Real-time stock alerts and replenishment recommendations based on minimum thresholds.
Market Price Benchmarking: A centralized database to compare real purchase prices against earlier benchmarks to calculate profit/loss.

3. Sales (POS) & CRM
Real-time Inventory Deduction: Every sale automatically deducts corresponding ingredients from the inventory based on stored recipes.
Customer Loyalty System: A unique identification system to track customer preferences and reward visits through a loyalty point system.


4. Financial & Accounting Automation
Daily Income Statements: Automatic generation of financial reports available in PDF or CSV formats, delivered directly via email.
Integrated Journals: Automated recording of data from Sales, Procurement, and Salary into the financial journal to minimize manual accounting entry.


5. Cost Center & Recipe Management
Database of Recipes: Centralized management of ingredients and quantities per recipe to facilitate accurate production cost calculations.

Final Outcome
The Yasuda Group ERP revamp successfully transformed a fragmented system into a cohesive digital ecosystem. By automating critical reporting and inventory tasks, the system provides stakeholders with real-time financial accuracy and a comprehensive audit trail for all financial accountability.
