Executive Summary
Danareksa AI Central is a high-level digital platform designed to bring various AI tools into one secure place. The goal was to help the Danareksa team use AI—like chatbots and predictive data—to make better and faster financial decisions. As the UI/UX Designer, I transformed technical AI requirements into a clean, easy-to-use interface that fits perfectly into a professional financial environment.
The Challenge
The main challenge was to create a seamless and intuitive user experience for a portal that integrates various AI technologies. Each tool—from Chatbots to Fraud Detection—has distinct user needs and data outputs. I was tasked with designing a unified user interface (UI) that maintains brand consistency while ensuring that the complex insights generated by AI remain accessible and actionable for financial professionals.

Architecting an AI Portal
Multi-Epic Analysis
I began by analyzing the 7 core epics defined in the PRD to understand the functional requirements of each AI tool. My focus was on creating a flexible layout so that new AI modules could be added without disrupting the overall navigation or user flow.Design for AI Interaction
I focused on two main interaction styles:Conversational UX: Designing a clean and responsive interface for the AI Chatbot, ensuring seamless integration with the internal Knowledge Base for accurate data retrieval.
Visual Data Analysis: Developing intuitive charts and heatmaps for Social Media Sentiment Analysis and Predictive Analytics, allowing users to see market trends and public sentiment at a glance.
Streamlining AI Operational Workflows
Working within technical requirements, I design streamlined workflows for Fraud Detection Alerts. Designing high-priority dashboards that highlight suspicious patterns and enable immediate investigation.

1. Analytical Dashboard
This feature provides a central hub for real-time monitoring of AI performance and system usage through clean, interactive charts and KPI cards. It offers actionable insights that help management quickly track how AI tools are being used and identify important data trends, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making.

2. AI Chat & Assistant
The natural conversational UI is integrated with an internal knowledge base to provide real-time, accurate answers to user queries. It acts as a smart digital assistant, helping employees find specific financial data and documents instantly without the need to search through thousands of files manually.

3. Agent & Role Settings
This module provides secure access control by allowing administrators to manage specific permissions for different team members. It ensures enterprise-level security by clearly defining who can access various AI agents and sensitive data modules within the platform.

4. Channel Management
The omnichannel integration feature allows users to manage where the AI operates, such as connecting the chatbot to different internal or external communication channels. It includes connection monitoring with simple status indicators to ensure all integrated links are active and functioning correctly at all times.

5. Audit Log
To ensure total system transparency, this feature keeps a complete record of all activities performed within the platform. It provides a clear and searchable history for security and accountability, which is essential for maintaining financial compliance and tracking user interactions.

6. AI Prompt Management
Based on the PM’s wireframes, I designed a specialized workspace to manage, test, and optimize the specific instructions (prompts) given to the AI. This gives administrators total control over the AI's behavior, ensuring that its responses are always accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.

7. ETL Management
I adapted the PM's wireframes to create a streamlined interface for managing the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process. This tool allows the team to monitor how raw data is imported and processed into the system, ensuring the AI always has the most up-to-date information to work with for its analysis.

Final Outcome
Danareksa AI Central successfully bridges the gap between complex AI capabilities and daily financial operations. By unifying these tools into a single, user-centric portal, the design minimizes cognitive load and maximizes the utility of AI insights. This platform serves as a benchmark for how financial institutions can leverage a centralized AI ecosystem to drive digital maturity and operational excellence.
