Executive Summary
CRM+ ADHI KARYA is a sophisticated project management and customer relationship platform developed for PT ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk, one of Indonesia’s leading construction firms. Based on a comprehensive structure provided by the Project Management team, I was responsible for transforming complex technical requirements into an intuitive UI/UX that manages the entire project lifecycle—from marketing and tender stages to execution—enhanced by AI-driven insights.
The Challenge
The core challenge was to take a pre-defined, high-complexity Information Architecture and turn it into a user-centric interface. The system needed to handle massive amounts of technical data and strict bureaucratic workflows while ensuring that critical information—such as tender deadlines and inactive projects—remained highly visible to prevent operational risks.

From PRD to High-Fidelity
Requirements Deep-Dive
Instead of building the IA from scratch, I focused on analyzing the PM's PRD to understand the logic behind every data point. My goal was to ensure that the UX flows for Project Submission, Review, and Revision felt natural and reduced the cognitive load for engineers and managers using the system.UX Execution: Proactive Monitoring
Working within the PM's framework, I prioritized "Proactive UX." I designed a Smart Notification System that doesn't just alert users, but guides them. For projects that have been idle for 30 days or tenders approaching their deadlines, the UI provides immediate "call-to-action" buttons to bridge the gap between notification and resolution.

AI-Driven Interface Integration
I integrated AI-supported features into the UI to assist in strategic decision-making. By visualizing AI Recommendations (KGRC) during the tender process, I created a layout that highlights risks and opportunities, allowing users to leverage machine learning insights without needing technical expertise.

UI Design & Data Visualization
Construction data is heavy. I utilized a clean, modular UI approach to display Project Trackers and Master Data. I used a strict color-coding system for project statuses (e.g., Pending, Revision Required, Approved) to ensure that a manager could scan a list of 100+ projects and immediately identify which ones needed attention.

Data Consolidation & Merging Logic
I designed the workflow for the Market Information Data Merge feature. This functionality allows users to consolidate market intelligence from various sources into a single, accurate entity. My design focused on a verification interface that minimizes duplication risks and ensures project information integrity before it enters the primary tracking system.

Customer Feedback Ecosystem
I developed the design for the Customer Satisfaction Survey menu as an integral part of the construction project lifecycle. I crafted a concise and intuitive survey interface to collect post-project client feedback, which is then automatically synced to an analytical dashboard to measure real-time satisfaction metrics and business unit performance.

Integrated Customer Satisfaction Menu: A unified survey module that enables clients to provide ratings (CSAT), offering valuable data for the company’s continuous improvement and client retention strategies.

By meticulously executing the PM’s vision into a high-fidelity interface, CRM+ ADHI KARYA now serves as a robust digital backbone for the company. The design successfully bridges the gap between complex construction bureaucracy and modern AI efficiency, resulting in faster coordination and more accurate project monitoring.
