Executive Summary
This project involved the development of an integrated logistics management platform for a Confidential Client designed to automate and monitor the entire "Door to Door" shipping process. The platform serves as an efficient control center for operational teams, accelerating shipping workflows while providing intelligent insights through an integrated AI assistant to support accurate decision-making.
The Challenge
The main challenge in this project is transforming previously fragmented logistics operations into a single, end-to-end integrated ERP system. This system must be capable of managing highly complex shipping workflows, covering critical stages such as Booking, Pickup, Shipment, and final delivery (Delivered) with real-time tracking status.
Some specific challenges that must be addressed include:
Multi-Role Management: Designing an intuitive interface to accommodate various user roles (such as Admin, Finance, Sales, HR, and Customer), where each role has different access rights and functionalities within a single system.
Complex Financial Integration: Automatically linking every daily logistics transaction to accounting modules (including the Journal, Ledger, and Income Statement) to ensure accurate financial accountability.
Design Process
Collaborative Refinement & Technical Adaptation
Requirement & Logic Alignment
My work was guided by the Product Requirements Document (PRD), Information Architecture (IA), and User Flows developed by the Project Manager. This allowed me to focus on translating complex business logic into a functional and intuitive high-fidelity interface.
Wireframe Transformation & UI Execution
Using the low-fidelity wireframes provided by the PM as a foundation, I was responsible for the visual design, including the layout, theme, and professional color palette. My goal was to ensure a consistent and modern user experience across the entire ERP ecosystem.

Shadcn Design System Implementation
To ensure development efficiency, we utilized Shadcn as our design system. I customized the UI components in Figma to match the developer’s code libraries, ensuring a seamless transition from design to production.
Proactive Remote Communication
We maintained daily progress updates and discussions via Microsoft Teams. When internal miscommunications occurred, we held immediate sync sessions to identify new requirements and iterate on the design to ensure the final product met the users' operational needs.

Dashboard
This central command center provides real-time monitoring of operational health, displaying critical KPI cards such as active employee counts, average daily sales, and total revenue. The design prioritizes scannability, allowing management to see performance trends across product categories at a glance.

Door to Door
This specialized logistics feature tracks shipments from initial pickup to final delivery, ensuring that every stage of the process can be monitored and accurately tracked by operational staff. The workflow begins with a structured ordering process that seamlessly transitions into shipment management and real-time monitoring. Once a shipment is marked as delivered, the system automatically compiles this data into detailed operational and financial reports. This integration ensures that every transaction is accurately reflected in the income statement and interactive dashboards, providing full transparency to stakeholders from the initial order through to the final report.



HR Management
HR Management streamlines the entire employee lifecycle, starting with Employee Management to manage user accounts, roles, and department details in a centralized database. This foundational data supports operational features such as Shift Management and Attendance Configuration, which track daily check-ins and shift assignments to ensure compliance with working hours. The system also automates Leave Approval and Payroll Processing, where payroll settings and attendance records are used to calculate wages and taxes, ultimately generating automated pay stubs for employees. All this information ultimately flows into the Reports dashboard, providing management with real-time HR reports and performance analytics for better workforce oversight.


Finance (Accounting)
This financial hub manages the end-to-end accounting process, starting with Account Payable and Receivable triggered by purchasing and sales activities. All transactions flow from procurement and payroll into automated Journal entries, moving through the General Ledger to generate the Income Statement and Cashflow Statement, providing full visibility into the company’s financial performance.



Final Outcome
Close collaboration between the project manager, designers, and development team successfully resulted in a modern and adaptable logistics ERP system. The use of the Shadcn design system proved to accelerate the technical implementation process. Although the team faced some communication challenges, an open iteration process and effective daily communication ensured that the platform was ready to significantly boost the company’s operational productivity.
